My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 3 years. I am only 21 years old and feel like I need to see what else is out there. He has cheated on me before but we have such a history of good times together it's hard to just say maybe one day, but just not right now. I feel like it would have been easier if I just broke up with him when he cheated on me but it's so hard to not be with someone you care about. Also, if you think we should break up, how should I go about doing it?

Sounds like you're already compleatly divorced from the realtionship anyways.  No sense in trying to save it.  Also, I know he's cheated on you but the fact that you're still together tells me you've worked through that and he's made the proper amends.  With that in mind, no one deserves to be cheated on, even cheaters.  Dump him.

well, read your own post another time. You're already thinking about HOW you're going to break up with im, so you've probably already made up your mind. Tell it to his face, that you've had a great time together, but you want to be free right now. Goodluck!
